Dave invests deeply in cross-functional relationships to ensure a culture of trust and collaboration in support of customer acquisition, success, and growth.
As a trained executive coach, Dave builds high-performing teams through an obsessive focus on talent — from setting a high hiring bar to continuously empowering and coaching teams. He strives to create a culture where team members can show up authentically, challenge and be challenged, in support of continuous improvement.

Having held senior leadership roles at Toast, Indeed, eBay and Standard Life, Eimear brings deep expertise in leading post-sale customer operations - including everything from onboarding and support to long-term success and retention - across EMEA, North America, and APAC.
Eimear is known for her ability to drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure cohesive strategies and shared outcomes. She believes that meaningful impact comes not just from strong execution, but from aligning people, strategy, and goals - ensuring teams are structured for success and individuals are empowered in the right roles.
As a purpose-driven leader, Eimear’s work is grounded in empathy and intentionality, informed by her background as an executive coach - a perspective she brings into every facet of her leadership approach.
